Columbian TecTank (CTT) has designed and manufactured thousands of different welded tank configurations over the years in our ISO 9001 quality certified dedicated facility. Our Professional Engineers (PEs) work closely with our design team to manufacture our storage silos to customer specifications as well as independent qualit y standards defined by the National Science Foundation (NSF), American Water Works Association ( AWWA), BISSC Baking Industry Standards Committee (BISSC), the FDA and the USDA.

We can manufacture storage silos and tanks up to 15’ in diameter and more than 100’ in length. We work with materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum and other alloys as specified. We can also install custom components in the storage silos as required by your unique specifications, delivering tank systems ready for quick installation and commissioning.

A key characteristic of the CTT’s welded tanks is our proprietary coating system. Our Trico-Bond EP factory applied baked-on coating has proven its ability to promote flow and withstand varying liquids and dry bulk materials year after year. A key benefit of our coating-treated storage silos is that they require minimal maintenance to maintain their effectiveness, resulting in less out-of-pocket expense for you. Our unique coating has performed in the field for more than 50 years and in hundreds of different applications.
