Columbian TecTank has designed and manufactured thousands of different welded tank configurations over the years in our ISO 9001 quality certified dedicated facility. We manufacture to customer specifications as well as independent quality standards defined by NSF, AWWA, BISSC (Baking Industry Standards Committee), FDA and USDA.

We can manufacture silos and tanks up to 15’ diameter and over 100’ in length. We work with carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum and other alloys as specified. We can also install custom components in the tank as required by your unique specifications delivering tank systems ready for quick installation and commissioning.

A key characteristic of the CTT’s welded tanks is our proprietary coating system. Our Trico-Bond EP factory applied baked-on coating has proven its ability to promote flow and withstand varying liquids and dry bulk materials year after year with minimal maintenance. Our unique coating has performed in the field for more than 50 years and in hundreds of different applications.
